First time here and it was wonderful. Dr Jason was extremely informative and guided me throughout the process of configuring a suitable eye prescription. The staff member Destiny, was so kind and sweet they make a good team.

The doctor overall was good but the front desk doesn’t know what they are doing. Neither the doctor nor the front desk u sets tops my insurance. They ended up over charging me and then when I called them back to get my refund after receiving my explanation of benefits the front desk starting playing dumb - telling me to get the money from my insurance company and that only the office manager or doctor could authorize the refund. So now I’ve called them twice and am still waiting for the doctor or office manager to follow up with me.

It did not seem like it took a long time but I guess it did haha. Anyway, Dr. Cheung was very informative in explaining the issues that I had with my eyes.(drawing pictures and all) I loved the look of the new frames I picked out and hope that they still feel the same when I receive them in two weeks. The only thing I think needs improvement on is the person who dealt with me to choose my glasses. Seemed like a nice guy however there was no explanation about what my lenses would cost as well as my prescription. My frames were under 200 dollars so of course I was surprised when everything came up to 700 dollars and then I had a discount from my insurance. I had everything...read full review
