After getting screwed by Lenscrafters I decided to try a smaller local business. Well, it turns out they're all the same.
When you buy they'll tell you your glasses are warrantied. Then when you have to have a claim, then they'll tell you there's a $60 charge for the warranty service. So no different than the mega chains.

Do yourself a favor, just go online to order your stuff: Warby Parker, 800 contacts, etc. They take just as long at a better price.

I was a patient of Dr. Horn for many years. And recently returned to resume my eye care service with him post pandemic. Dr. Horn has always been very professional and courteous. The problem now is the woman at front counter. She needs updated customer service and diversity training. Customers should always be treated with respect and have thier questions answered properly.

Very good selection of glasses, lovely lady who is knowledgeable, helpful & friendly found several eyeglasses for mom to choose from. Everything went excellently, they text you when your order is complete! Great experience
