On a regular visit, I would give this salon a 5, but based on my experience today I am forced to give a 3 (it should be a 2). I have been coming here for over 2 years consistently and have been getting SNS (dip powder). Helen has been the Nail technician that I have been going to every time I get my nails done. She is great and I am very pleased with her service. I tried the hot UV gel a few times and I did not want to expose my hands to the UV every 2 to 3 weeks any longer. I wish they would provide better service. I got a get predicate. If they would actually take a little more time before applying the polish to the nails, I'd give a higher rating. They didn't really take the time to shape my nails or tend to my cuticles. The polish was done well. And 1 week later, no chipping. Still looks pretty fresh.

The nail tech was very pleasant and friendly, the salon is very clean and they practice all Covid protocol. However the pedicure was not very well done and the polish used on my finger nails chipped after a few days. I did the UV gel polish. Very disappointing.
