The tech did great. He diagnosed the problem quickly and gave us recommendations. We ended up purchasing the sears protection plan due to the fact that we purchased an older home with all the appliances and have no clue when they were purchased and when they would start to break down on us. Our tech was very helpful and I would definitely use this service in the future.

Frank fixed our snowblower very quickly. He took time to explain how to run it and how to store it at the end of the season. Very good , friendly service, just in time for the next snow storm!

Very pleased with repair service. This is the second time I’ve used Sears repair service and I have had excellent results. The service techs are knowledgeable polite neat and always come in a timely fashion.
