I had an issue with my optometrist, so I took my prescription to Walmart Optical in N Utica to get new glasses. I was treated with such professionalism, kindness and patience!! Michael took his time helping me pick out the best glasses for me. Gave his opinion and steered me in the right direction. They have a nice selection The glasses came in quickly and I love them!! Thank you Michael!

Went in and met Micheal at the desk and I told him I need a new pair of glasses due to mine being broke, he hooked me right up with a brand new pair . Thanks you sooo much will be back when I need my vision done!!!!!!!

I have gone to this location for years and never had a problem even though the staff and eye dr. have changed since I first starting going here. Staff is always helpful and friendly. I feel they are confident and knowlegeable enough to offer their honest opinions on what looks good or fits your looks. I will continue to use theeir services. (I stopped in spur of the moment with a nose guard problem and Michael dropped everything and fixed it pronto ..didn't act like I was imposing in any way.)
