Where do I start. I moved after 30 years and where I moved to had a electric dryer, prior and a electric stove. I have a gas dryer and a gas stove, so we needed to find someone to put a gas Line in for the dryer and to uncap the one that was there for the stove and add safety shut offs. From the time that I spoke to the owner, Robert, to him sending someone to my house for an estimate then to get the whole job completed within a two day period was outstanding. I don't live in Utica anymore but was visiting our vacant family home there for a few days when I noticed that our water main shut off valve was leaking. Robert (owner) accommodated my schedule and had a plumber cut out the old one and replaced it on the second to last day of my visit, sparing me the big headache of trying to oversee this repair from across the country. This was especially impressive because he had to coordinate with the city water board to dig out and shut off the main outside, which was under a foot of snow. I assume this step would have taken weeks for a less experienced and well-connected plumber.
