They are experienced in difficult situations, such as working with children who are not cooperative, assuring parents they are not alone. The team uses kindness, candy, and play to help clients feel comfortable. They are truly angels in that salon, saving as much hair as possible and providing beautiful cuts. Customers love the way they take care of hair, with simple services making clients feel beautiful and like themselves again. They accept walk-ins and provide excellent service, creating an unforgettable memory. Many say it is the best salon in Utica hands down, highly recommended by those who feel the staff love what they do with lots of love. It is worth the drive.
my daughter has autism and doesnt like to sit still and get her hair done .winded up getting knotted and didnt wanna come to anyone because i thought i could do it myself.i bought over 6 products and tried everyday for a month and it wouldnt come off and got worse i felt hopeless .i brought her to hiandra and they saved as much hair as they could and handled her with so much love and so much care and they kept assuring me i wasnt the only parent who gone through this and they seen this before because i went on one hell of a guilt trip ...they gave her a beautiful cut .she was not cooperative at all which is expected .and her and her staff had so much patience gave her candy played with her everythin they can do to keep her still .they are truly angels in that salon .beautiful people all of them highly recomend .best salon in utica hands down.those ladys love what they do they do it with lots of love.thank you so much hiandra for makin me and my daughter feel beautiful again you are a blessing<3

First time there yesterday haven’t had my hair done in about 3 years and she did an amazing job! Finally felt like myself again will definitely be back
