I’ve been coming here since I was 16, and I’m 34 now, so this isn’t random. But today was not it.

On a Wednesday, I waited from 3:30 to almost 5:30 just for a pedicure, and they close at 6. And to be clear, I wasn’t even getting a full service. I only needed polish removal and a new color, no soak or full pedicure.

What really got me is that after sitting there for almost 2 hours, the actual service took about 20 minutes. That wait was completely unnecessary.

I came the day before and was told there was a wait because only one person does pedicures, which is understandable. She’s great, no issues with her at all.

Normally love them, however today was one of the worst experiences in a while! I’m a very patient person but I set up for a mani/pedi and it took over 2 hrs and no one bothered to apologize for the wait or anything. Also after being told it would only be 1/2 hr - 45 minute wait I waited dam near 1 1/2hrs for them to start my pedicure. Absolutely disappointed.

They are nice people always. I just feel like there kind of loosing their passion for their craft tbh. My nails are Not the best shaped and they dont really last for a while also I don’t like people telling me what I should do instead of what I want on or for my nails. But other then that it’s a cool place a good vibes.
