very unprofessional ... agents do not put in there disclosures when there is water issues ... contacted agent and broker both .. no return call from broker agent very rude not helpful my concern is the person buying the property will have to deal with water issues and legal fees from repairs of adjoining property that it is destroying the agent threatening me and told me to shut my mouth ... no resolution at all... all recorded and have videos of damage !!!

Avoid buying or viewing any houses being sold by this company! put an offer in and they let the date come and go for expiration, and kept pushing back the day and time for presenting all offers. Clearly they were waiting for a specific one and wasted my time as well as others.
