Absolutely horrible, I tried to like my results but I just can’t get over my experience. I went in for a TRIM and I made it clear I wanted to keep my length. The owner cut at least 5 inches off (my hair was NOT damaged, I just needed to freshen up my ends). The hair cut is extremely choppy. She used a flat iron to curl my hair. And the worst part is that she used ZERO product or heat protectant. I have thick straight hair, I would assume my hair is manageable and easy to deal with. I was shocked by the level of service. I would not recommend this place to anyone with my hair type.

This was my first time here and I have to say that the lady who did my hair did a great job. I didn't ask her name but she is young and has blond hair. Definitely going back 💇‍♀️

My friend came in today for curtain bangs and was instead given bangs with a side bowl cut. She is very unhappy, upset and crying. It looks nothing like the picture she showed her (Be aware, she brought a photo reference because she’s not an expert at describing hair, verified with the supposed hair stylist that she could replicate it and was assured she could, only to be given blunt side cuts). And I believe if you can’t replicate a photo a client shows you or manage expectations you should tell the client and not mess with their hair.
