Good to go, I have a well producing the water I need! I appreciated Amber Pro and their ability to work with my schedule due to the few challenges my well location had; very wet location. Never met the drilling crew but the pump and water line installation crew were friendly and knowledgeable young techs. Overall, it went as planned by the estimate and final execution. I gave 4 stars because I'm a firm believer that every company needs to have room for growth and improvement.
Amber dug a new water well on our rural lake property. The work was challenging, with various obstacles including weather, tree work, depth of drill -- and Amber did a good job staying flexible and accommodating to the challenges. Communication was good. Next steps - the pump system and then the water treatment system. I didn't appreciate at first the size and scale of this project, and was a bit shocked at times at the reality of it all when we hit challenges. But onward we go. And Amber has been patient, informing us thoughtfully.
I would like to say that Caire has been an amazing part of this well drilling experience.. She has been with me through the entire process so far.. answering any ignorant questions I had and updated me throughout this project. I can not express how content I am with Amber Well and Drilling. I would recommend Amber to anyone I come into contact with that needs help drilling a well. I would also like to add that the project manager Willen (not sure if I got the name right) but he was a pleasure to deal with as well and walked me through the entire process. I give Amber 5 Stars. I’d give way more stars if I could !!!!
