I was trying desperately to find a company that would take care of a problem on a rental property that was about to be sold. After leaving numerous messages to a variety of businesses I called SHUTES WATER SYSTEMS and actually got a live voice who was most helpful. After explaining my situation , she assured me that a service technician would be in touch. Within the hour, Scott Shute called and was at the house. I really thought that the well pump had to be replaced. Much to my surprise the well pump was fine and the problem was minor at best. Amazing services and experience! A real person answered the phone, they contacted me right away and came out to the house and fixed the problem in under an hour. This business reminds me of the way a business used to be. There were real technicians that showed up, shook my hand and even took their shoes off. If you are looking for someone to do the job and care about your house like you do, these are the right people to call. Thanks again!
