My parents’ basement water pump went out around 7pm on a weeknight. I called Shute’s Water Systems at 8pm and left a voicemail. To my surprise, the owner Scott personally called me back the very next morning at 7am! He listened to the situation and had his crew out there replacing the pump by 10am.
The service was fast, professional, and stress-free during what could have been a big headache. I’m extremely grateful for how quickly they responded and took care of everything.

Called office to verify age of softener that appeared to be not working properly.. Was told to expect someone to contact us to check it out.. TEN minutes later we had a pair of tier one techs in our cellar😬😬. Water was tested and softener checked.. Good to go!!! ZERO high pressure B S trying to sell us new unit!! Rare in today’s market….
