Julie is the absolute best. My puggle Layla is very nervous & skeptical but Julie took her time to let Layla roam around the salon before her appointment to warm up, and I didn't feel rushed when dropping her off. Julie's dog comes to work with her and she's a doll too! At other salons, I've picked up my dog after the appointment and she's visibly distressed for the rest of the day. Julie called me to let me know Layla was close to being done and when I arrived, Layla was hanging out behind the desk, comfortable behind a playpen gate (but not in a kennel) next to Julie while Julie was working on her next dog client. I was recommended to Groom Spot and Julie to groom my little one! My doggie is very aggressive and a tough groom but she took great care of him. She had absolute patience with his “special” ways and took the time to find a routine that worked. At the end, his groom was absolutely perfect! I would highly recommend her services and am so happy we brought our baby here !!

Groom Spot is hands down the most amazing, humane, and caring grooming place I have ever taken my dogs to. Julie and her staff are always compassionate, understanding, and take great care of my two pups, who tend to be very anxious/scared easily. My dogs have been traumatized & hurt in the past by previous groomers, and now groom spot is the only place I will take them to. I appreciate the fact that they keep a file/notes for each client so that they can tend to their dogs individual needs and sensitives. I trust them immensely and feel comfortable leaving my dogs in their hands, every time I come to pick them up they are not only happy but look so beautiful too!... read full review
