We had a plumbing issue that required a lot of specific sourcing of parts and expert installation. John, the owner, took great care in considering the project and planning it out with me. Someone else may have just used what they had around, but John dedicated a lot of his time to carefully sourcing the correct parts. Lou handled the installation. He is friendly and did all the work with attention to detail and helpful communication along the way. I appreciate both of their efforts very much.
