This was my second time and most likely my last. My nails were impeccably done both times. The customer service or lack thereof is the reason for my review. I made an appointment at 10am with the same person that did my nails. I was sent to someone else, not a huge deal, I'm looking for a new nail tech and only had my nails done once previously. I got ANC with tips, white, gold and neutral. I asked for one ombre and the nail doesn't look ombre, it matches the totally nude one. After putting on my top coat, I overheard my tech tell the person next to her to tell me to wash my hands she was leaving. I thought she was joking and going to the bathroom. I came across Venus in need of a new nail tech and I finally found one! Angie was amazing and gave me exactly what I wanted. She took her time and communicated with me throughout my service of what she was doing and asked me questions if I liked it or not. I will definitely be back.Services: Nail art

I’ve been here a few times before & have always been happy with my experience. Today I saw Alex & I am so pleased with my results as well as how the appointment went. He made sure before he proceeded which each step that I was happy with the results & that’s more than most salons these days will do! Definitely recommend. They are all so welcoming & will get you in!
