Amazing place new to the area and I’m in the store right now since me and my daughter enter the ladies of this shop have been kind and courteous when doing the exam the assistant was patient with me the doctor came did his exam asked me questions and answered all my concerns I would definitely recommend this eye exam location… be mindful when you come and speak with people show respect and you”ll get it in return

The people of Troy Vision Center are friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. They will chat with you if you have concerns, and also keep things quick if you are pressed for time.The level of medical care is state of the art. I was amazed that I didn't have to get the eyedrops, etc. Troy Vision Center has the latest diagnostic and imaging equipment to ensure healthy eyes and early detection of any issues or concerns.Shout out to my technician Allison who fitted me for new frames, that fit my budget. Much appreciate for Dr. Ogonowskiand his entire team.

I had my very first consultation and appointment here. I wish I could remember the name of all the ladies that work there. They made my visit amazing. The lady behind the desk was very polite, the eye doctor he was very polite, answered all questions I had. My appointment was at 2:30pm, I arrived at 2:15pm was given the paperwork, was then seen to do a few examinations. Then BOOM I am finished. I then got to pick out which glasses was comfortable for me, so that Troy Vision Center could place the order. I finished my visit by 3pm. My overall experience here was more than warm and welcoming. Thank you to all the workers!
