Simple Choices Cremation was recommended to me for my mother who had passed by another family member and I can’t begin to thank Nicholas enough for his patience, dedication, kindness, and attention to detail. From the minute I filled out the form on their website, Nicholas was on top of the communication and provided me with his phone number allowing me to reach out with any questions I had. We had the options of filling out paperwork online or having an in person meeting. We opted for the in person meeting where he walked us through the whole process and reassured us that, although he may have to take a few extra steps to maintain my moms dignity (as she was a bigger lady) while preparing her for the cremation process, he would keep me in the loop with every step. We had tight deadlines and he made sure to have open communication to ensure everything was done even if it meant staying up till midnight, which was never an expectation, but just eluded to his dedication to his work. I am so grateful we chose Simple Choices in a time of such sadness, stress, and anxiety. They eased all of those feelings allowing my family to grieve and take care of all of the other tasks associated with a loved one passing.
