Love this salon, it's getting harder for me to find a salon that does acrylic nails the real way. I hate those silly glue and dip acrylics they never stay on as long! The ppl in pretty nails are friendly enough and efficient, I've never had an issue yet!

I am new to this placeJenny is an awesome nail tech!!I love it here!!But that man at the front desk needs some customer service skills!!I have an 5 pm appointment, I get here a littleearly just because and I wait patientlyIt is 5:30 and nothingThe man at the front desk says to his co worker in back of the shop “ Reba has no appointment w/Jenny” I hear them talking about me, then I said “ yes I do I made the appointment the last time I was here” he argues me down like basically she has an appointment!Jenny is doing my nails now as we speak!!She is a gem!!!My feelings are hurt and I felt like cryingHe must of had a bad dayServices: Gel manicure
