Really care and are so gentle and sweet with your pets. Like a night and day difference with our last local “top rated” vet (more like “top price” & lowest quality service.) Our last vet claimed they wouldn’t do more than one vaccination at a visit due to “health risks.” (The vet we had before that would do multiple at once if she was due.) This forced me to make multiple separate trips with my anxiety ridden dog (how is THAT not a health risk?? More so than 1+ vaccine at a time, bc I know my dog) so all these separate trips spaced over weeks apart. We were charged a flat base fee of $45 for every single vax trip. Dr. Rice recently evaluated my dachshund. Unfortunately, she ate carpet and gave us quite a scare. His bedside manner was impeccable. He was genuinely so interested and engaged in caring for my dog -- I felt that she was in very safe, knowledgable, and competent hands. He also educated us thoroughly on her management and reviewed imaging with us in depth. The staff who assisted in her care were very polite and professional. Thank you for providing us this exceptional care! Highly recommend them!
Great doctors! Amazing care! Front desk could use some bringing in tactfulness…when you call to schedule they shame you for not being able to get in the next day…I understand it’s important for my animal but it’s also important for my animals owner to have a job…having some awareness and not shaming a good pet owner is literally basic decency…
