I lost money in the outside vending machine and the owner sent me a refund via USPS and I was pleasantly surprised. The laundromat is clean with reasonable rates and they have a vacuum outside.

After venturing to every other laundromat in the 518 i was beyond ecstatic to finally see an owner who truly cares about not only the cleanliness of his establishment but also his customers.

Best place to do Laundry in the area by far. Clean, neat and efficient. The owner, Mike, is down to earth, and deals with annoying customers respectfully and effectively. Has air conditioning is a huge bonus in the hot summer. All in all, fabulous laundry and great service.
