I needed a plumber and remembered seeing Chris/Flow Rite recommended when people asked for suggestions on FB. Looked him up. Chris answered his phone (!) and was quick to respond. He assure me that it was an easy fix (fill valve) and i could use the toilet in the meantime. He’d return with the part in a few days, apologizing that he had frozen pipes to attend to. He just replaced the part, quick and easy, just like he said. Chris was pleasant, clean and careful, and his price was more than fair. Chris / Flow Rite is now in my contact list. Give him a call!!
Chris is reliable, and after the problem is taking care of you never know he was there, very good clean up no mess extremely fair pricing. Highly recommend.
