I called Art, having read good reviews, and he stated he would be outcto my home in a couple hours, and was right on time. I had backed into my door, so stopped quickly but the bottom panel was bent. A friend was worried the entire panel would need to be replaced, and Art said some competitors would advise that. But he explained he could straighten it and replace the bottom strip with rubber gasket. He did an excellent job, explained how some WD-40 would help the pulleys and wheels, which it did. I was happy to say, all done in an hour for a very reasonable price. Yay! Thanks again, Art!
We called Art at noon on Sunday and he was in the job by 1PM. He is reliable, efficient, and best of all fair and transparent price. Will be calling Art when it comes time to replace my garage door.
