They tore off all the old roof, replaced some of the wood and installed wind rated roofing. The installers were polite and professional, they answered all questions and corrected vents. The warranty is the best they have ever heard of, and they are extremely pleased with the results.
Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience. I thought they took a little long to get here but that’s OK. The main thing is the workout done and it was done well.
We met with Chris for estimate on our roof repairs and gutter replacement. He was awesome to deal with! He took the time to listen, and work a contract that we could manage. Donna in the office was a pleasure to speak with when questioners or concerns arose. They were very professional and we are happy with the work provided.
