Very disappointed that my Toyota Sienna wheelchair van the programming stopped working on the remote that was purchased one year ago from this company. I was charged $300 to reprogram the remote. We Just purchased the remote 1 year ago so a total of $600 was paid to this company for a handicapped person to get to their doctor's appointment due to their faulty equipment.A person whose handicapped in a wheelchair who cannot access their van was charged $300 just to get to their doctor's appointment so sad.... sad ?

Awesome experience ! They came to my house, cut the key, and the locksmith had a great attitude the entire time. Even took time to chat with my son who was asking him millions of questions lol highly recommended !!

I was suddenly in the position without a key-fob or ability to enter my vehicle. I called Red Key and they were at my residence in less than 30 minutes. The attendant was respectful and understanding, and It didn't take him long to manufacture a new fob - and a new key - which matched my vehicle perfectly; allowing me to get in, lock the car, and be on my way. I would call these guys again if I needed to.
