My old tankless water was giving me problems. I went to see Mark the plumber and got an estimate. The next day my tankless water heater went so I called Mary the secretary and she told me that they are booked on Friday. She worked with her boss Cameron to see if he could installed my tankless today ( Thursday)? As soon Cameron received the package he texted me saying they were on their way. I did not have to go through weekend without hot water. They were very professional, nice, and clean. I was very pleased and greatful to have the job done on same day.

MPS checks every box that I have for a vendor. Professional, Polite, Punctual, Quality, Transparency and Pricing. Cam and his team have taken excellent care of my family when we needed to have half of our house re-routed to a different sewer. I've now had them out on 2 different occasions and my first time was just as great! They are consistent and I am over the moon with the service they have provided me today.

Since fall of last year, I've been dealing with a sewer issue backing up into my utility tub. At first, I didn't notice it other that I would have random debris at the bottom of my tub but through the upcoming months, it worsened and I ended up calling Roto-Rooters. What a mistake...
The tech was 3 hours late, smelled of marijuana and after 30 minutes of snaking, he said it was roots and he wasn't equipped to tackle the problem. I was then out $150 for that call.
I ended up having my newborn shortly after and I called MPS. Let me tell you, this was a complete 180 of an experience.
