Big thanks to Johns Towing for getting my truck fixed and back on the road! Their shop was slammed, so I really appreciate them fitting me in.
You can tell why they’re so busy—the garage is super clean, the equipment is impressive, and the guy in charge clearly takes a lot of pride in doing quality work.
The only downside was the person running things was pretty arrogant and seemed to be in a bad mood, so the customer service side could definitely use a little work.
One of our drivers got stuck at a jobsite. Called John’s Towing and they immediately picked up the phone. Within an hour they were on-site and had my guy up and on his way. Chuck could be a little more personable if I had anything negative to say.Service: Car towing
