At Buffalo Granite & Marble, I always got prompt customer service and detailed and transparent pricing. I went in twice to look at quartz slabs and the sales people were helpful and not pushy. I must have exchanged a few dozen emails with Olivia on different slabs and pricing--she was always responsive and helpful. Once I made my choice, the process ran like a well-oiled machine. Our experience with Buffalo Granite was exceptional from start to finish. They helped us find exactly what we were envisioning, all at a great price point. The installation was smooth and seamless, and we are absolutely in love with our new kitchen. So happy with my countertops! Material choices and finishes were thoroughly explained. Gary and Ben did an amazing job with the installation. The L shaped section has two seams which are virtually invisible. The wall behind the buffet isn't square which caused a gap in the backsplash, but they came up with a solution and it looks great. The price was reasonable. Highly recommend!
