As a long time customer, I strongly disagree with the negative comments about Rosemary and the staff. Myself and my two children have been going here for years and Rosemary has always gone above and beyond to help find us the right frames. She is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Yesterday, my 13 year old son was able to see the world like everyone else due to the training of wearing contact lenses. He was very anxious on how would he be able to put them in properly. After two attempts and failing at another location, we went in and met with Rosemary who was extremely patient with him and made him feel very comfortable. I had such a wonderful experience at this location. The owner and staff were extremely warm, welcoming and accommodating. I had to go back two times to have my glasses adjusted and they glady made them fit perfect. Disregard the negative reviews. I highly recommend this location.
