Did all the paper work on line before I got there which was great. Everyone was very nice & I had a very short wait before I was seen. I did schedule a few hours before I went. The provider and nurse were very good. 1/11/24 my second time there , it went just smoothe . The staff and doctor were great.

The Pulse Urgent Care in Thornwood, NY was neat, clean & well managed. My was called into the exam room exactly at my appointment time. The nurse took my vitals & discussed my symptoms. The doctor came in shortly afterwards (with no delay). He was quite knowledgeable & understanding. He explained what he felt was causing my symptoms. He tested me for those specific viruses & bacterial germs & sent these test to the lab to get the results. He told me steps that I needed to do at home, to help alleviate my symptoms. I was quite pleased with the care I received. I do recommend this office. Also, I will use Pulse MD Urgent Care in Thornwood, in the future.

So grateful to have this clinic nearby. The waiting time for my last two visits have been shorter than when I see my primary care doc WITH an appointment. Professional and attentive care.
