My first PT experience ever. I must say Alyssa and Lisette were very welcoming and friendly. We had a few laughs but they were both very professional. They listened to my feedback and worked with me accordingly. Today I “graduated “ and I feel so much better. Thanks so much to both of them.
Had a great experience at Access PT - everybody there is super friendly and enjoyable to work with. Eleanor at the front desk was organized and easy to coordinate appointments with. Lisette and Alyssa are both very knowledgeable and take great care of their patients. I always felt like they really listened and worked to understand exactly what I was describing so that we could figure out how to fix it. I noticed a real improvement thanks to them!
This was my first time doing physical therapy and I had a wonderful experience. Lissette and Alyssa were awesome, friendly and knowledgeable. Within a few sessions I was able to notice a big difference in my lower back pain. Eleanor at the front desk was always cheerful and welcoming. Overall I was very happy with my experience.
