Came here on a Sunday and was seen almost immediately. I requested a pedicure and dip powder manicure. Sat in the pedicure chair and the water was so hot it almost burnt my foot. While the tech was working on my cuticles she made my big toe bleed and didn’t put any antiseptic on it but continued the pedicure. It seemed kind of rushed but they came out ok so I let it go. The next day my toe hurt so bad where I was cut and also around the whole nail. I’ve been dousing it in alcohol and applying neosporin to prevent infection. This makes me question how sanitary the tools are. The dip powder manicure was a bit of a mess, I showed her a picture of how I wanted my nails shaped (they are my natural nails) and she had a hard time with it. She had someone else file and though they were - little better, they were still not the correct shape and were not consistent. The lady seemed nice and gave me a little massage after while my nails dried. While not the worst experience, I am not sure if it would be worth it to come back. I had to shape my nails myself at home which is unfortunate since I paid to have them done.

The worst nail place I have ever been. The nail tech (Cindy) was very unprofessional and rude. She did the job in such a rush the the nails were absolutely horrible. Some nails were squared and some rounded. She didn’t even lotion my hands or gave a quick rub on my back. It was like, ok pay me now and tip in cash. My nail place was super busy and I felt to try this place, first and last time. Sadly with all the nail salon all over Tarrytown you would think there will be some sort of competition on Which salon can do a better job. Ultimately the choice is the costumer and for the money we get charge for this pedi and mani, we need to walk out of this salon completely satisfied.

These pics are were taken after I corrected her so many times and finally got exhausted and gave up. First she ripped my nail down to my nail bed because she was using a metro card to try to rip off my acrylic nails. I continuously told her to stop but she kept doing it even after I showed her that she made me bleed. I ended up with the most uneven, lumpy nails with random pieces of lint in it. And she left so much of my nails unpainted. They took $10 off the price but I would have much rather had a nice manicure where no blood was drawn.

High quality gel mani/regular pedi, very clean, relaxed. My manicure lasted several weeks!

They started to rush in their work and did not allow me to relax. They asked if we could come early, we did and they still rushed. Nails came out nice, but a mani and pedi should be relaxing and not stressful.

Horrible! I had to wait for an hour and a half for them to attend me, which was fine but they were taking other customers that came after me which I did not understand. The guy did not file my nails right and made my nails really thin and sensitive. They did not take their time with putting on the acrylic. They did not measure my nails right and made some small and some long. They made my nails thick and bulky and did not buff my nails right. And I also had to pay 62 for some basic nails which I don’t understand because I wanted one color and a square shape. They also told me I had to give a majority tip for these nails. Overall experience was not good.

My mother and I love this nail salon. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We love Miki and Yuyu’s work. My gel manicure always comes out great and lasts long! ?

This place thinks they are very smart with the way they run things. At the beginning of your visit they will write down the costs of their services on a piece of paper, only to keep increasing the cost as your appointment continues. What they may initially write down as a total cost of $100 will actually turn out to be closer to $200 by the end of your appointment. If you dare to ask why they are charging you a certain amount for something they will get offended and laugh in your face.The staff at this place is extremely unprofessional. My appointment lasted almost two hours, only for an acrylic refill. During these two hours, the nail techs would gossip and laugh about clients. They make it very obvious that they are laughing at you and are not afraid to show it. I could understand some of the things they were saying most of which was extremely immature. I take it these women make it a hobby to gossip about clients throughout their day to keep themselves entertained. Their comments are rude and unnecessary, I would understand if a client was being rude but they will quiet literally laugh at you and say something rude in their language for simply making a small comment.Not to mention the stations are unsanitary and their services are way overpriced. Don’t be fooled by this salon. They will overcharge you for less than average services and even call you out for not tipping to their expectations. Not to mention they have no interest in asking you your name and will call you “girl” or “boy” throughout your entire appointment. I’m general, the staff seems entirely uninterested in the client and are more focused at looking for someone to laugh or gossip about. Someone from the staff will probably answer to this review apologizing but that is to be expected, don’t waste your time here and seek better and more professional services elsewhere.
