The staff at this hospital exhibit exceptional bedside manner. Everyone treats patients with dignity and respect, making them feel like valued individuals. I am delighted to have chosen this hospital for my care. The patient care provided has been outstanding. From triage, nurses, to ultrasound tech, ekg tech, , case manager and transport they were all so nice. I wish all staff in healthcare are like them then we would be in a better world.
Rachel at the Phelps lab was great! Friendly, professional and excellent at drawing blood. I did not feel anything! She should be training others in phlebotomy practice if she isn't already.
