Rachel at the Phelps lab was great! Friendly, professional and excellent at drawing blood. I did not feel anything! She should be training others in phlebotomy practice if she isn't already.
Went into the lab and was greeted cordially by the staff. They already knew I was coming as I had made an appointment and, after locating my script sent me for bloodwork. The phlebotamist had me seated, set up, blood drawn and me out quickly & efficiently. A truly fine experience after 8 hours of work.
Phelps is honestly the best outpatient lab. I have small veins and usually hate getting blood work because I’m scared of needles, but I barely even felt the pinch. The staff were super gentle and made me feel totally at ease. Highly recommend!
