“We are very happy about the work that AJR has been providing us. A part of our backyard did not get a lot of sunshine, and lawn was not growing. But, the head of the team gave some suggestions to make trench on the hilly part to catch rain water and have the tree service to cut some branches right above the area. The team put the top soil and seeds about 1 month ago, and now we see healthy lawn. Their service is so much different from our previous landscaper who ignored our back yards after the seeds were washed away after they put seeds. AJR team does touch work for the lawn. “I had a struggling, prominent Japanese Maple that was at least partially dying. I called Emerald and they took a look, quickly troubleshot the issue and provided a reasonable estimate. I am happy to say that months later, their work paid off as now the tree is thriving in a way I haven't seen before. "Curing" a sick tree is not a guaranteed process but in my case I'm super happy with both their work and results. I'll also add that this is definitely an established company with all the professional equipment and multiple crews: this is the opposite of one guy with a truck in a chainsaw, which is good! “Frank and his team are fantastic. They’ve now done two jobs at our home, and both experiences were great and show he stands behind his work. They redid the entire front landscaping a year ago, and the side just this late summer/fall. Unfortunately this fall, the majority of what was planted died which was odd. I alerted Frank and he came immediately to see what this issue was. Ultimately he was unable to save the plants, but quickly replaced all plants and continues to check in with me to ensure all is good - which it is. He clearly cares about his customers and his work.
