I bought my windows in 2017 from Window World and whenever I’ve had a problem they always come no questions asked. They’re always very pleasant and very clean when they come to do their work. I’ve never dealt with such a nice company. Kevin, the repair tech was fantastic.

I had an issue with two of my windows which I purchased in 2017 from window world. They are under the life time warranty they came out checked them and ordered new ones. It took almost four weeks but they came in and they came back to install them ,but unfortunately one of the windows was not the right size so they had to reorder it. Now I am currently waiting for it to come in. But I love the fact that they are under a lifetime warranty as long as I own the house.
