Window World of Syracuse offers quality window installation services for homes. Customers report positive experiences with the windows themselves, noting their high quality. The company provides quotes and schedules installations, though some customers have experienced delays and rescheduled appointments during the process.
The work area cleanliness after installation has received mixed reviews, with some customers finding debris left behind, while others express satisfaction with the overall appearance. Customer service has also received mixed feedback, with some appreciating the responsiveness and helpfulness of the staff, while others express disappointment with a lack of follow-up and attention to issues.
Recent reviews highlight the knowledgeable and communicative salesperson, who takes the time to explain the process and address any questions. One customer, in particular, had a positive experience with Eric Cambell, who listened to their plans and provided thorough suggestions for their bathroom upgrade project. Additionally, some customers have reported that the windows were completed and ready for installation quicker than the initial time frame quoted, with the installer doing a great job in a timely manner.
The installers James and Mike were very professional, courteous, and did a great job installing my new windows. They took pride in their work and got it done in a reasonable amount of time without cutting corners. Darlyn in the office and the rest of the sales and management staff were also great to work with. I feel comfortable recommending Window World for your project.
I bought my windows in 2017 from Window World and whenever I’ve had a problem they always come no questions asked. They’re always very pleasant and very clean when they come to do their work. I’ve never dealt with such a nice company. Kevin, the repair tech was fantastic.
