I’d been putting off writing this review because I truly can’t say enough great things about Linda! She is personable, kind, and genuine. It’s been two weeks since my session with her, and I’ve already gone longer without pain than I usually do between sessions, with noticeably more mobility. She also gave me thoughtful advice on lifestyle adjustments and health recommendations that have continued to help beyond the session. Thank you, Linda!
Linda is amazing! She’s someone who loves what they do and has the best energy! Came in for neck pain and she loosened me all up!!! (I’m a dental hygienist and my neck and traps are often susceptible to pain points…) I felt so relaxed and love how she uses high quality products throughout. My massage included laying on a red light blanket which I LOVED! Can’t wait to come back to add on sound bathing/frequency sounds and jade stone massage. So so so grateful she got those knots out and gave me so many amazing at home recommendations. To be honest, walked in a little tense. A massage puts you in a pretty vulnerable position, and it took me time to fully settle in. But as the session went on, the whole experience gradually shifted. The therapist had a calm, professional vibe and a touch that felt intentional, so my body started to unclench without me even realizing it.
By the middle-end of the massage I could feel myself getting more and more relaxed, and at the end I almost let go. I left feeling lighter, looser, and genuinely refreshed, like my nervous system got a reset. Its because she takes you through a journey.
