100%I feel so lucky to have had Bob Trzaska and Jim Denka of Upstate Hardwood Floors refinish the floors of 3 large rooms of my house. They had to deal with getting very large furniture, armoires, sideboards, cabinets, desks, chairs, tv, rugs, wall hanging, a grand piano, and curtains, all moved or protected. I asked for a clear, water-based finish, which meant that they had to sand painstakingly, apply a perfect layer of the treatment, allow it to dry, buff it, then start all over again, for three layers.
