Bob and his team did an incredible job on our floors and the price was very reasonable. He was extremely knowledgeable and accurately identified the type of hardwoods we had within seconds of entering our home. He told us which finish would bring out the best features for the type of wood and he was not wrong! Our house looks so much better thanks to Bob and his team. Beautiful refinishing on my hardwood floors. They were a mess, with many dogs over approximately 35 years, they needed a refresh. I can't say enough good about how well these floors turned out. I had the pleasure of working with Bob And Mike from Upstate Flooring. They did a fantastic job on our home. We had some really gross (colored carpet with some beautiful hardwood underneath. They listened to my concerns and preference of using Dura Seal over Minwax and used my preferred product which I appreciated. They worked tirelessly, in the blistering heat of the past few weeks to remove carpet and refinish the floor for about 2000 square feet. More than happy with the work on the house and would definitely recommend them in the future.
