I went into Ulta yesterday looking for a completely new skincare regimen to help repair years of sun damage, along with finding a really great sunscreen, and I had such an amazing experience thanks to Tyler.
Tyler was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, kind, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to listen to my concerns, explain products thoroughly, and help me find items that would actually work for my skin type and goals. I never felt rushed or pressured, and she truly went above and beyond to make sure I left feeling confident and beyond satisfied with my purchases.
Went in to get a full face for a wedding I was in. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Clara who immediately helped me identify exactly what I was looking for. She gave me options and offered her opinion on what look best on my skin. Great experience, always well stocked, clean, and lots of options.
