After an initial poor experience at the Ulta store in Camillus, I felt compelled to reach out and share my concerns. To my relief and appreciation, Ryan Laney, the District Manager, promptly responded to my complaint with both an email and a phone call. He not only listened attentively to my experience but also promised to investigate the matter further.True to his word, Ryan conducted a thorough investigation and followed up with me, acknowledging that additional training was necessary to ensure all customers receive the respect and dignity they deserve. I went for a haircut appointment but I messed it up and it didn’t register in the computer. They booked me for one immediately and the customer service was great. I could tell as soon as the lady began cutting my hair that she knew what she was doing. She did my hair exactly how I wanted it. Will definitely be coming back next time!

Wish rare beauty and some other brands would come to ulta. They are far superior with their point system!! If you return something, you get points back at Ulta. Sephora can NOT say the same????. I LOVE SKIN CARE AND MAKEUP!! Ulta is my fav!!
