Walked in with no appointment and met Emma. After her chaired client left, she immediately started chatting with me and analyzed my hair and picked the perfect stylist. Here's where Erica came in. She did everything I asked of her flawlessly while still maintaining her professional morals and insisting on a route that would be better for my hair, even if it meant hard refusals in what I'm used to. My hair turned out BEAUTIFULLY. 10lbs lighter, and shining like my hairs never seen heat styling.
