Never really used makeup before, but ever since I started working again, Allura and Laura have been incredibly helpful in finding what suits me. Liv also did a fantastic job with waxing and tinting my eyebrows when I went in.

As someone new to doing makeup “properly” I needed help with everything from color matching foundation to setting spray—and every step (and product) in between! I chose to work with TALIA, because her look was flawless and I had hoped she would impart some of her expertise onto me LOL. She was knowledgeable, patient, kind and she made the whole shopping experience fun, rather than intimidating. I hope they know what a gem they have working for them!

I’m giving the store a 4, but giving SHANNON A 5! She’s amazing! She’s so sweet! Everytime, I see her and has the best customer service , she’s the best manager you can have on your team! That’s what I look for when I come into ulta is CUSTOMER SERVICE, she actually goes out of her way to help her customers!
