From start to finish Tom III, Peter and David and staff made this stress free for the family. Pre planning is the key . By the time my husband actually passed, I basically showed up for the services and they orchestrated the day. Very pleased and I received tons of compliments from family on how nicely done the service was. Easily got over 400 people in and out without having them stand out in the cold. The people who run this funeral home are angels on earth. The compassion, time, thought, and care that go into their services and what they do are beyond exceptional. Planning services for a loved one are hard as it is, but they made things so much smoother than anyone could ever ask for. Not knowing everything that went into an event like this was overwhelming, but they were there every step of the way. There were never “dumb” questions and not once did we feel rushed at all. I can’t say enough good things about the handling of my grandmother’s passing and services this past week. From start to finish this process was handled with care and concern for what my family is going through. They picked up my grandmother donned in full suits on a Saturday night and showed empathy for the pain and shock of the situation. The funeral home itself is beautiful and we were led through everything step by step. The services really did her justice. The Pirro family is a very class act. They are there every step of the way. Even with the littlest detail they cover it. During your darkest time they bring hope and light. People who attended my husband’s services were amazed with the facility and staff. My husband even had floral arrangement from them.
