I love the lash factory not only for the amazing job they do but the staff that works there. I have been to multiple places over the years but the owner not only chooses talent staff but she chooses kind, compassionate and caring professionals. When any of the staff asks how are you today they mean it. Emily is the artist I normally go to and she is so talented and has become an appointment I look forward to just to catch up. Had a wonderful time. Kirsten and Kiera were able to help me with an appt that fit my schedule. Kiera was very knowledgeable on everything she did and she talked me through every step. I’m amazed on how much they care about their customers and all the effort they put into making your appt the best experience ever. I all ready booked another appt, looking forward to my next visit. Would highly recommend.

I went in to get a lash removal after getting my lashes done at a nail salon She was very professional. She was very nice. And she got the lashes off pretty well My natural lashes look way better than I thought they were going to so Definitely recommend! This was my first time going and definitely won’t be my last. Kiera was amazing!
