I got some tiny cosmetic stars around my eyes and he knew what he was doing to make them look like perfect little stars and to have them be long lasting.

Paul is an amazing artist, and an all around nice guy. He's very collaborative, and absolutely able to handle anything you throw at him. I've had coverups, reworks, and fresh pieces, and I never leave disappointed! Highly recommend.
