Event is today. Tent, as I was told, would be set up the day before. As of 9:00 am this morning, still no tent. Left message yesterday, now mailbox is full. Just great. Thanks for nothing.
Never again!! Rented a 40’ tent, 10 tables and 80 white chairs from Syracuse Tents and Events. Had I known they were in fact Able Smith Tents, I would have never done it as I know their reputation is not good but I didn’t realize the connection until it was too late. The first tent was setup on Wednesday at 7:30pm for my Saturday event and it was DISGUSTING as were the chairs and tables. The tent was full of rips and tears and was filthy. It was setup crooked and sagging and was wobbling in the breeze. The tables and white chairs were filthy and rusted. I called on Thursday to request a new tent and replacement chairs. Tables were in rough shape. Have called 5 times to have the tent picked up, and we still have the tent a week later. Overcharged me by almost $200. Don't know if I'll ever see that.
