Couldn’t have asked for a better birthday party for my daughters! Very professional and easy to work with. They show up, you show them where to plug in and then endless hours of jumping! The set up and take down was so quick! I rented the combo frozen bounce house which was a great size had an obstacle course, basketball hoop and slide!

I called 48 hours before I needed something, thinking it was too late and they wouldn’t be able or wanting to help. It was quite the opposite! Chris returned a message I left super fast and was more than willing to accommodate. The exact inflatables I was hoping for weren’t available but he was able to offer alternatives. Setup was on time and quick, as was the pickup. Shoutout to Stephen, he was a great representative for the business. He was very respectful, high energy and articulated the policies and rules very well. Will definitely use again!

Chris and his team are amazing! They get the job done, they leave no stone unturned when it comes to setting these units up. This is my second time using syracuse inflatables. Yesterday I rented the Blue Crush forMy end of school party. Kids had an amazing time they were on it forHours. I even had my husband and friends going down it. Can’t say enough good things about them!.
