I had a colonoscopy/endoscopy with Dr. Iorio today at endoscopy associates. Every one of the staff was so nice, kind and welcoming. I did not hear one staff member complaining or being rude. Everyone was reassuring I was in good hands and would take good care of me. A office full of positive staff is truly something difficult to find these days, everyone was giving compliments, it was nice to hear. Highly recommend this office if you’re able to wait long enough get in - they book out pretty far.

I do not recommend going here. It was hard to get in, then my follow-up appointment kept getting rescheduled. (Once, I was sent a no-show fee for an appointment that didn’t exist. They retracted it.) Today, I received a letter in the mail saying they will no longer see me “due to multiple canceled or no show appointments.” What??I only rescheduled one appointment last year due to illness. Any appointments that were canceled were because of *their* schedule, not mine. I never canceled an appointment myself. All I got out of my one visit was a confirmation of a diagnosis I’d already been given.

I have never been here until this year. I had a one time visit- they scheduled a colonoscopy- no fuss and done. I had it TODAY 4/25/24 and the staff was amazing. Every person from check-in to the surgical room was so kind, informative and reassuring. I’m not a healthy person and they made me feel comfortable and safe. I would recommend to anyone.
