I’ve had 2 ultrasounds done, one in Camillus & yesterday at the medical center. I had the same tech. Both times she was extremely rude. The first time I chalked up her behavior to having a bad day, which we all have but, yesterday was not ok! Zero customer service! She acted very annoyed to be there and doing her job, and snapped at me when I tried to clarify what type of ultrasound I was there for. On a good note, the front end girl was super sweet. ?I’m hoping this issue gets addressed! Thank you!

Professional and courteous staff. It was a busy and full waiting room, but they moved people through remarkably efficiently. Arrived 15 min early as requested to complete the basic paperwork. Was seen almost exactly on time with minimal wait. Didn’t feel rushed by the attending tech working the imaging equipment - they took time to ask questions, explain next steps, and generally just provide a good patient experience.
