This is the WORST Groupon experience ever. I made my appointment about a week ago, I called the place a day before my appointment to confirm. The appointment was at 1245. I drove from Watertown and still managed to arrived around 1235. One of the patients who was there to see another Provider let me in. No problem, I took a seat facing a hallway. Finally a guy came out with an elderly lady might have been a customer, (At this point I've been there for about 20 minutes, not one person came and spoke to me or ask me if I was there for an appointment). The guy put his coat on, had a basket in his hand, walked toward me and acted like he didn't see me, literally avoided eye contact. Still not word were spoken to me. He walked out and never to be seen again. At this point it's about 1:07 P.M. and the Provider who was seeing her patients finish with her patient, walked out, she saw me...said hello, and asked if I was there for a massage, I replied yes. She went on with what she was doing, called her next patient to the back. I'm still sitting there. The guy who left with the basket never came back. So finally I got the hint. Went on Groupon. Explain to them what happened and they credited the money I paid back.

Worst customer service. Don’t do business with them. My friend scheduled an appointment for her husband and nobody was there. So disappointing that they called them liars and won’t offer re-schedule the appointment or even give her the money back.

I have had severe lower back pain after one visit I felt better than I have in three months. I'm definitely going back already scheduled my apoiappoint.

The fact that you get there and no one answer the phone or open their doors is so disrespectful and then the owner calls and said you lost your appointment and YOUR MONEY!! the last you can do is give the money back if the customer is not getting your services! This happened to my friend!

Super bad service!!!!! They arranged your appointment and at the end never answer their phone and people said you never arrived. It doesn't work your time and your money!!! Totally fraud.
