After about 2.5 plus years of having issues with the Syracuse VA. I've finally figured out why most of the staff at this facility don't do their jobs correctly and/or just don't care. Most are only there for a pay check and retirement. Yesterday I got the misfortune to deal with the assistant director Ginger Mitchell..... wow she is about the worst leadership staff I've worked with. She's rude, very unhelpful, just a horrible person. All I can hope is she takes trumps by out and retires........ She totally explains why the syracuse va is the mess it is
